B7100 Engine Serial Number

Where is my engine serial number? I have a B7100 HST. Others have suggested that it is stamped on to the block behind the fuel injection pump. My fuel injection pump appears to drop into the block casting, not bolt on to the side of the block. I need a new crankshaft, rod, etc. but I can't order parts until I find this elusive serial number.

Where do I get the parts?

Maybe it would be less trouble to find a used engine.
