A friend who is purchasing a B7800 told me the dealer he is buying from told him the B7610 will be retired after 2004. Does anyone know if this is true? I have just purchased a B7610, and am wondering about parts availability in the future. Hope I didn't buy an extinct tractor.
Don't worry,as the B7610 is essentially a B2410 with a few less bells and whistles. Kubota makes tractors to last a long time and they will be there to provide any necessary parts too.
well, the B2410 is also about to be retired, but I agree with you- no need to worry, especially with a company like Kubota.
Assisting my B2410 in light chores is a Honda 5518 4wd, articulated steering tractor. Now, Honda stopped making this type of tractor around 1995 and sold far fewer of them than any of the Kubota models we are discussing and I just bought some replacement parts for it from a local dealer- they were available from Honda.
