John Deere 3320
I know it's been answered a thousand times but I can't find a good thread about this. I want to add backup lights to my '14 JD 3320 and I'm wondering if one of the pigtails in the rear is for that

Does anyone have too pics of this kind of install?

Open station or cab?
Open station, I think the pigtail you are looking at is for work lights - they don't know/care what gear/direction you are in. (you mentioned 'back up light', didn't know if you meant like 'automotive' or not)
You can look at the Deere diagrams to see if this matches [google for deere 3320 rear work light wiring]

I got an Open station. I'm looking to add some 12volt flood lights in the rear. I found 2 pigtails in the rear and i m wondering what their for. I'm guessing/ hoping one is controlled by the reverse pedal

If you REALLY know what you're doing and have LOTS of time to kill I suppose you could rig up a light to come on when you hit the reverse pedal but it's a lot faster and simpler to just plug a light into the open slot in the rear wiring harness and control it with the switch on the dash. At least that's how it works on my 4310 and I'm guessing yours is similar.

Here's my light.

I can only post one pic per reply so I'll continue on the next reply...

Here's where it's plugged in at. The wiring harness on the back has an unused male and female end. I bought a bullet connecter and crimped it onto the wire for my light and just plugged it in.

I turn it on and off with this switch on the dash

Just turn it all the way to the right and it comes on along with the headlights and 4ways.

A couple things worth mentioning that I've read on here...
Don't hook up too many lights or you can fry your wiring harness. My light is a 55 watts (waterproof Hella light off amazon ). I think it can handle two of them (one per harness on each side) but I've read that that is pushing it. I'd get LED if I was doing it again or if I ever add more because the electrical draw isn't as great.
