Bcs 735 gear/clutch trouble please help

Hy all. I am new to this forum and new owner of an BCS 735 with Acme ALN330wb engine. (I think this is model, i will attach picture with serial)
Please help me with the following:
Bcs doesn't seems to react when pushing on the clutch.
The gears are stiff and engaging with "bad sounds" and even with clutch pushed, machine it's runing like it doesn't have clutch at all.

What i noticed:
When i push clutch lever, it's not loose or too stiff, it looks like a normal one.

Any advice it's helpful.

I would consider pulling the clutch off and making sure it is free. There are easy to follow instructions on the Earthtools website. Good luck.

Also on second thought, have you checked that the clutch cable is adjusted properly at the clutch handle side? Also, check the connection at the bottom of the clutch cable to be sure it is not too loose. There is a stop nut there that needs to be tight so the cable doesn't just slip when the clutch handle is pulled. Instructions for this adjustment are also on the Earthtools website.
