We drive by this hay ranch all the time on our way from Los Angeles to Central Nevada. It is located in Long Valley just North of Chalfant, CA. along US Route #6. We always admire this tree-lined drive up to their ranch. Got to be more than a quarter mile of near perfect trees. The view of the granite peak centered in the drive tops it off.
This is my idea of a perfect driveway.
And just to the north of this ranch-about a mile or two, the slightly higher peaks on the White Mountains (BTW-White Mtns are above 14,000 feet in places) just got snow again. Pretty amazing for mid-June.
