Grading Blade placement on a RCK60 deck

I've just had the blades sharpened on my deck. Does the placement of one blade on its spindle matter relative to the other two blades re: balance, etc? The illustrations in the manual show different configurations and the manual text doesn't indicate if it matters.

I have an RCBK 72 or something like that and it matters to that one. I followed the pictures in the owner's manual and it worked fine. Prior to that it had been streaking and leaving an unfinshed looking cut. Works great now
