Front-End Loader Bobcat forks on my JD quick attach bucket

I have a JD 2520 compact tractor with the quick attach bucket that I would like to fit Bobcat forks to instead of bucket mounted forks. Has anyone adapted that before?

The weight will probably be a killer, what do these forks weigh? Most "bobcat" forks have a large capacity and weigh a bunch, that will just eat up you lifting capacity.

You can get lightweight JDQA forks from many sources, from cheap China made ones to a 100% made in the USA set.
