brake and clutch pedal pads come off

I have a L3400 and the pedal pads seem to be made of soft foam rubber and they are continually sliding off on the edges - mostly the clutch pad. They are also prematurely worn. Does anyone know if there are better pads available which will fit these tractors? If they had hard rubber pads, it would seem that they would be much better. ??

In my jeep I replaced pedal peds with layer of Herculiner and it works great.
