buying a trailer low budget

I agree, go new, if you look around, I'm sure you can find a comparable new trailer for the money. One that works and has a known "non-abuse" history.

I've considered building one, but it is MUCH cheaper to buy the built by a professional trailer manufacturer. And it is alll ready for use.
