Price Check BX22 Fair Price?

I'm going to sell my BX22 with loader/backhoe/60" Kubota midmount mower (plus attachments once the tractor goes). I'm trying to get an idea on what a fair asking price for this unit would be that has under 200 hours in residential use and has always been garaged. Any ideas from those of you that follow the market on the East Coast? Thanks in advance!
