I had some moisture in the loader valve on a BX22, and took the bottom cap off. When I did that, not only did the moisture come out, but the 4 small balls, 1 large ball, and the spring also fell out. I reassembled them with some white grease like the dealer said, but now, the lever won't stay in the float position, and the valve just doesn't feel right. As I push it forward toward the float position, it wants to put down pressure all the time. Is the problem on the inside of the valve, or did I not get it back correctly? thanks Dusty

Dusty… I suspect you have the large ball on the wrong side of the small balls… If it went together rather easily, you probably have it wrong, It’s a little difficult to get right but can be done… With that part assembled wrong, you will not be able to move the valve past the down pressure position and into the float position.
