BX2200 MMM Adjustments

I finally bought a new 60" mmm deck for my BX2200. Unfortunately the owner’s manual was not with it. My Dealer will order one, but I need to get the grass cut this weekend. I think I can take a stab at leveling it without the manual. But if anyone has a pdf file or an E-copy that I can get it would be helpful. I will also be adding grease to the spindles.
