Ive been TOLD...and I have READ...BOTH ANSWERS..? So I really dont know..but I can say this much. I saw one just a few days ago sitting on the dealers floor when I took a friend to the Kubota dealer to get filters etc...and I happened to look at it ( I love the physical size) and even though they didnt have anything hooked to the back...it sure looked to me that the lift arms were wider than 20 inches just siting there!planesmith said:
Having just been through this, here is what I know or think I know. There are two cat 1 hitches in widths 20" and 26". Both will fit on your tractor but the common is 26" and the only way to go if you want to use a quick hitch system in the future. Almost all attachments and the snow blower you purchased use 26"planesmith said:Well so far thats 2 votes for 26" and one vote for 20". I will be at the dealer tomorrow and will bring a tape measure. In the mean time the polls are still open for voting:![]()
I'm not sure we are on the same page here. On my BX the draw bar width has no effect on the height 3ph can be raised. Enclosed picture is a 26" draw bar with a FunkworksZ attachment. Test this for yourself when you go to your dealer bring a tape measure.redharley said:26"will fit, 20"for receiver is the way to go on your BX,With 26"you will have issue's with raising some eqipment high enough with this set up.The eqipment made for narrow set up works well with no modifacations.I have purchased both kind's,depends on eqipment kind and make how it will work on your BX.Ask here before you buy 3pt attachment's most likely someone has tried it or is using it and will let you know what they think. I can tell you from using one buy the 3pt receiver for the 20" you will be happy.Enjoy your new WORK machine.
