Since you are not even hearing a click sound when you try to start it, chances are pretty good the issue is in the safety circuit that provides the voltage to the starter solenoid, when the key is turned to the start position.
If so, the safety circuit issue could have occurred at any point after you last started the tractor, and the problem may be unrelated to the tractor stalling under load.
Try measuring voltage at the starter solenoid terminal when the key is turned to the start position. Finding no voltage there, or very low voltage, will confirm it is a safety circuit issue.
If so, you could apply 12 volts directly to the solenoid terminal and start the engine that way. Doing so could be dangerous due to possible unexpected movement of something, so you may not want to do this.
Try moving and repositioning all the levers that have contacts in the safety circuit (PTO, seat possibly, directional pedal(a second time) etc.
Since you were plowing, check the wires going to the directional pedal safety switch. Perhaps something damaged one since that area might have been closest to the ground.
Just a few thoughts...you will fix the tractor...
Added thought: you could try moving the functions that are in the safety circuit while holding the key in the start position, in case something went out of adjustment. If the starter activates while a lever is moved you will know where the problem is.
