Can anyone tell me how this works on the BX25. I've read other threads but still can't figure it out. I've seen where the stops are but moving the hitch lever it completely goes over the stops....I've tried pulling the lever to towards me but the lever still does not come in contact with the stops. The manual says its 1/4 inching but not sure how it works. Any advise?? Help!
:confused2:

I've read this a couple of time and it Does not help, pulling the lever towards you and pushing down???? Pulling towards me does nothing still by passes the stops and it won't push down. I don't think it applies to the the BX25...but thanks

Does your 3PH control levers look the same as pics in above thread?

If so, the stops are suppose to throttle the hyd valve slower.....if you hold control at upper stop then 3Ph raises slowly to the top......hold control at lower stop then 3ph lowers slowly all the way down....if the stops are correctly adjusted then you should be getting this condition......

That said, if you "Bump" the lever at the stops momentarily, then approx 1/4" happens....both directions.....This is my understanding as my tractor has it and I've read it in the manual......This 1/4" valve is not automatic....It's just a helper when raising manually.....

Nope, not the same setup as in the picture. The BX25 does not have the stops on the outside, they are mounted on the inside of the fender not sure how it works.

Thanks but still not helping:confused2: The BX25 does not have this setup. There are no stops for the quarter inching, the stops are inside the wheelwell but it does not act as a stop the lever does not make connection so not sure at all how it works or what purpose they are there for.

Here is the stops on the BX25, not sure why they are called stops because the lever doesn't get anywhere near them
