I have a BX25 and am thinking about getting a Rottary Cutter to clean up some ATV trails. The Trails are already established but they have the new growth in the middle between the tires. I would say the thickest growth is at the most 1". Would a BX25 be able to handle a 4' Rottary Cutter? If so, should I opt for slip clutch over ther shear pin driveline? Thanks, Scott

I use a 48" Land Pride rotary cutter on my BX2660 and it works really well. I routinely cut stuff you described without problems and the weight is not a problem.

I prefer slip clutch over shear pin.

We have the Hawkline/International 4 ft for $795 with shear pin and $920 with slip clutch + modest shipping. Ken Sweet
