YES it is referred to as a "banjo bolt", try very hard not to over tighten it if you in fact have to bleed the fuel system. But saying that installing a racor centrifigal fuel filter between the tank and the injection pump prevents this from occuring as the Racor unit has a pair of check valves to prevent an airlock.
If you have to bleed the fuel system you will need to have the copper washers required to replace the ones on the banjo bolt as they are automatically deformed at low very very low torque to seal the fuel system.
