BX25 - Land Pride Box Scraper

   / BX25 - Land Pride Box Scraper #11
The problem, as I see it, using a 54" box blade for snow. The blade is much to narrow for snow. I use a 5' blade and wish I had bought a 6 footer. I loose to much snow off of the ends of the blade when running it straight, and only cover about 3 1/2 to 4 feet when running it at an angle. I believe my BX23 could handle a 6' blade in snow without any problems.

Box blade... Forward or backward, no tines no wheels.
Box blade... Forward with tines digging.
Box blade... With wheels, Backwards only pushing snow and not gravel. I have 300 feet of gravel driveway. I want to push snow not gravel.
When not needed the wheels would be removed

I would not drive forward through a foot of snow with a box blade, I would back through it. When I would end up with a pile of snow then I would use the FEL to get it out of the way. Wheels would keep blades from digging into the gravel.
