I had the pleasure of ordering a snow plow from Harry at Bxpanded. I have his Pirannah tooth bar and realy like it. I have to get back to him on the size blade I want as I'm not too sure which way to go? My tractor is a Kioti Ck2510 and is alittle under 51 inches wide at the rear tires. Harry states the 5ft blade will cover 53" at the max angle of 30 deg. I cant imagine that I would ever use it that far angled except to plow between something. He said I could push a six ft blade but I'm concerned a wider blade will dig up gravel on any uneven areas. I'm also concerned heavy snow and a wider blade will want to push the front end. I plan on plowing alot of my neighbors gravel drives. Some have alot of things to get around so maybe a wider plow isnt the best bet? Just wonder what you guys have experienced? BTW either plow will have skid shoes.
