Mowing By the model number, How do i know what year my john deere stx38 is ?

Any help is greatly appreciated. The serial number is moostxc260407. Could not find it on tractor data.

Your tractor was built in April 1995. It was sold in May 1995 and delivered to Milford, Illinois. There is no way to determine the year by looking at serial number like you can with automotive serial numbers.

Clicked on lawn tractors
Clicked on JD
Found at least 2 options with that model #
