So far my only complaint regarding my Toolcat is the reflections inside of the cab when it is dark. I would imagine that this is problematic for all cabs as they tend to be rather box-like with non-slanted windows.
When reversing, I find it almost mandatory to turn on my reverse work lights. Previously, I was considering putting limo tint on the back window to keep the cab frosty in the Summer, but now I am reconsidering this approach. I may be putting a mid grade tint instead on the front window to help control these reflections. [I would really love to AR coat (like on eyeglasses) the windows...if only this were possible!] Do others find this annoying? What about those of you with other manufacture's cabed units?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

odleefs/Steve,
I've used my Toolcat only during daylight until the recent change from DST to standard time. But reflections have been noticeable in my limited after dark use.

How many lights do you have on your Toolcat? If I recall, you purchased the Deluxe Road Package which has additional headlights below the front windshield and more lights in the rear, in addition to the 4 standard front lights I have above the front windshield. Would using fewer lights (when safe to do so) make the reflections less annoying for you?

I need more after-dark use to decide whether or not the factory windows bother me, but I'd also be interested to know about anti-reflective (AR) coating and other tinting options.

Brian,
Like yourself, the change to standard time prompted my glare complaints. The lower headlamp style lights greatly reduce glare, but in order to operate the back up lights you must have the front work lights operational also. I may ask my dealer to add a seperate toggle for the rear lights.
In the Spring I will be experimenting with tints on the windshield, side windows and back window and will let you know the best combination that I come up with. Hope all's well with you!
Steve
