Century 2535
I have a leaky hydraulic cylinder / ram that needs new seals. Problem is, i have not been able to find any info on this cylinder. Closest i can get is that google seems to think that the C-Systems 50 loader and the Koyker 50 loader are related.

any of you wizards here have any insight?

Where are you going to get parts for your Century? I have a 2003 Century 2535, and parts are just about impossible to find.

For cylinders, I take them to a cylinder repair shop. Cost for them to rebuild a cylinder is around $100, including parts. For my other tractors, just the kits to rebuild the cylinders cost more then that.

If you don't know where a cylinder repair shop is, go to a dealer for just about any brand, and ask where they take their cylinders. Go in person, talk to somebody face to face. Never call or send emails, they ignore them. I doubt it matters what dealership you go to, I learned about the cylinder shop from my New Holland dealer, but found out that Case goes there too. And later on, I learned that everyone buy me knew about them!!!

Ye, what EddieWalker says, usually a hydraulic shop can find repair kits pretty readily available. They deal with both metric and imperial systems I'm sure.

He doesn't buy kits. He buys the parts needed to rebuild what you have. His cost for parts is usually under ten bucks, and sometimes, it's less then half that.

The kits come with parts for a variety of cylinders, so you only use a few things in the kits, and throw the rest away. Even worse, you might have to buy an updated piston for your cylinder because the kit only works on the new piston that you have to buy. Pistons can cost over $100.

It's cheaper, faster, and easier to just bring the cylinder to a repair shop.

My 2535 is early 2000s. i haven't had to find parts yet, i bought it used from a used tractor dealer locally. dash is mostly dead other than the glow plug light and tach. supposedly parts for a branson 3510 (i think) also work for the 2535.

i already got the name of the place the dealer and farm / truck parts store sends their stuff to, i was curious about trying to replace seals on my own as a challenge / learning experience.
