If you weld & have iron laying around, then it's cheaper to make.

That isn't the hitch that I was referring to. The one I was referring to was an all welded complete assembly. I think the last pieces I saw advertised in the classified section where for hitches that also had some type of a storage box on the back.

Does anyone remember what I am talking about?
