CK2610 HST over BX25D

I have a BX25D which has been very good to me over the past two years, but my wife just now told me that she is tired of the hydro rocker. She is very small, and when she moves the seat to the most forward position, it is very awkward for her to step on the reverse pedal. Since I like having a happy wife, I may pull the trigger on a new CK2610 HST. We both got to drive it, and it fits both of us fine. The only trepidation I'm having is in regards to the backhoe. On the BX, I used the BH three times..and it was really helpful. However, the CK261with BH is 24K, without is 17K. Are these good prices?

A new Kioti is in my future..just need to decide on the BH.

I couldn't live without the BH on mine. I use it so much it wasn't even a though to not get it.

Price wise, I picked up a 2610 with BH and FEL for $21,500. However I'm in TN right down the road from a Kioti distribution center, with you being CO price might be higher simple from transportation and added cost for getting stuff.

Are you selling the BX? If not, keep it around with BH for when you need it and just get the 2610 with FEL and be happy.

I may be out of touch with the new prices, but that sounds a little high to me. Not the difference between the base tractor and BH, that's about right (7K) for a BH. I'd be thinking maybe a grand or two lower on both those prices, but it's certainly not outrageous.

Now, whether you need a BH, well that's a you issue. Will you use it on a regular basis (couple times a month)? Or will you only need it every once in a while but you really need it and another machine isn't an option. If the answer is yes to either, get the BH. If not, you don't need one. Want of course is a different matter. If you want to have it whenever you want, and that's worth 7K to you, go for it. Personally I'd love to have one, but I just can't justify the 7K cost of one as I'd only use it every once in a while.

Almost 1yr ago to this date, my CK30 with backhoe and mechanical thumb wasn't much more than that. I recall being about $33k with that package plus a BB60X, a woods 5' tiller and a landscape rake.

Those prices are right about what I received when was getting prices a month ago here in eastern PA

I didn't have a difference. The sale price was the same if I used Kioti or my local Credit Union, at least from my dealer it was. Interest rate was different, but price was the same.

Using an outside bank is looked at as Cash around here. They get a check and are not tied to me or the tractor other than warranty after the deal.

Cash/not finincing though the dealer. in my case unless if I could get financing below 5% on my own I was better off going with Kioti's 0% deal. I ended up buying used so it did not matter anyway.

Pulled the trigger on the CK2610 HST. This tractor dwarfs the BX-25D. Can't wait to start playing with it tomorrow morning.

You will love it. I have 89 hours on mine and has saved me tons of back breaking work so far. Ground clearance is nice, just be mindful of the subframe when the BH is attached (If you got the BH).
