ckutch adhustment on Foton TE254 were should it be 10mm?

im from norway and have clutch problem, I have take off loader, and open up the inspction hatch on the rigth site of tracktor .

Like i have understand it , it should be 10mm between some were
but were? 1,2 or 3 ? in the foto ?

please help and thanks to all how know and wanna tell me
