CM Stocker livestock trailer

This question is directed to you Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana TBN'ers. I really don't want to have to drive to much farther than these places. Have any of you run across a good used CM Stocker livestock trailer? They seem to be scarce as hen's teeth around my area. When I do find one at auction it seems to always go for a like new price. What I am looking for is a 14 or 16foot long and either 5 or 6 feet wide. I'm willing to go up to $2400 for a 14 foot or $2800 for a 16.
By the way, I should define what I consider "good". I don't want to have to replace half of the wood or cut out and replace half of the metal. One third is OK.

I have had the same problem. Seems all stock trailers around here are bringing a premium. Its almost cheaper in the long run to buy new. And some of these "premium" priced trailers seem to need a lot of lumber and welding rods thrown at them.

That is exactly what I am finding. I thought I was the only one running into this. It appears not. Maybe there is someone out there who knows where to find good used CM trailers and will help both of us.

Add me to the same boat......saw a really good used WW brand trailer a few months ago, and of course, they wanted almost what a new one would cost.

Try Stone Sales (may be Stone Sells) in Savoy Tx. Very North Tx. 15 miles east of Sherman. Owner Roy Stone . I,ve bought many trailers from him over the last 15-20 years and have never found anyone with a better deal. He sells new and used. CM (my favorite for quality) and WW. At one time he was one of the top volume dealers for both brands , He has had some health issues, but still selling trailers. If you can't find the phone #, PM me and I'll get it for you.

I went thru the same thing. I ordered a custom WW. Run have longhorns, so I got a wider and taller trailer. They told me the paint is much improved on the WW. I kinda wish I had bought a CM - the finish is nicer.
