Can not say that is it for sure, I thought it was black. It may be though because my good friends son, Taylor Ruscin, a fighter also is friends and sparing partner with Rich Franklin who lives near me.

How did they get the hood on it? That Cummins is a tall engine.

AFAIK the Cummins was designed as an onroad engine, requiring Case to use half frames on the Maxxum. According to Dodge literature, a 12V Cummins would weigh around 440 kg in on-road execution. an offroad version easily weighs 100kg more. A 6.8 liter Deere engine (off road/industrial) weighs about 670 kg.

Different front end components would be my guess. I helped a guy put a detroit 350, road ranger tranny, over/under unit into a Chevy p/u. Front end components were from a 1 ton truck.
Another one I know of is a western Star cab and sleeper onto a (removed) dually chassis. Detroit 6 cyl, 11 speed, air ride, etc.
Money, time and imagination are the only show stoppers. Money usually being the hardest to find
