One of the members on this site gave me inspiration for the cordless winch from the hand winch.
it was a good experiment

LOL!!! Vibrator to boot! But cool. Good job. You really need a workbench, though...... :)

I didn't expect a lot for the cordless drill on the winch.
That is the reason I made it as quick and simple as possible. 😂😂
It was just a fun experiment.
Actually, I already used to do it on the floor even though I had a nice workbench 😊

IF that wasn't a cheapo winch, you would have had much better luck.

Like I told you in the other thread, my winch can easily be run with a decent drill and pull a big load...

Yes, I bought this winch that is made in China and cheap because usage is minimal.
Maybe a few times or less in the future of my life..😊😊
But it was fun to make the adapter and I tried to pull my riding mower.
It works well for riding mower. That is enough for me at the moment.😂😂
Thank you again.

This works for flatbed / equipment trailers

I wish someone would make an adapter for gooseneck trailers. A cordless, low speed 1/2” electricians drill would be perfect for raising/lowering my trailer. One of these days I’ll get around to it.

They aren't hard to make, I see my neighbor has one for his trailer...

Start out with a piece of tubing, to keep everything centered, so you don't end up with a LOT of vibration, when you are running the drill.
