Not until the week after you remove your snow equipment and put on your mowing gear! /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif
Yes, you will pay. You weren't supposed to notice the warm weather. I predict freezing rain and sloppy snow in the near future. /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif
Frank in our region winter snow is mostly a result of "lake effect" snow. At this time of year the lakes are usually near frozen over diminishing any new snowfall greatly. This year without a speck of ice on the lakes I'am afraid that when the north winds start to blow the snow will come a foot or two at a time and day after day to boot.
Almost as warm as here, Garry. I just got back from the driving range and it's 54 degrees. Now, depending on who you believe, the forecasts for tonight range from 27 to 33, but supposed to get up to 61 tomorrow afternoon. I think (hope?) it'll be warm enough by our 11 a.m. tee time. /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif
Here in mid Michigan there has been maybe four inches of snow all winter and 3 of them came down on Christmas day.
Today it got up to 45 degrees again and it has been almost that warm for the last several days. It rained most of yesterday, last night, and today and the water is beginning to puddle up in places. Very unusual....the good thing about the mild weather is everyone will get a break on their natural gas bills.
Put the loader on my JD early last month, spent $450 for a rear blade and still have not taken it outside yet. If I get really bored I can always go play in the mud !!
We haven't had any significant snowfall out here in about 8 years. I just got off the NOAA website and they use the word SNOW in their forecast starting tomorrow night and then in every days forecast through next Monday. They don't talk about any significant dumps, but that's usually when we get them. Actually I'm looking forward to this. Of course my Kubota is completely unequipped for the snow, but I'll find some use for it if we get any. Maybe we're gonna get some of your white stuff and save you the grief of having to use your tractor out in the cold. We're like that out here in the NW, always willing to help out.
