I noticed the end roller on my 54 inch deck (3235) was flopping around. It looks like an insert came out of it. There are seven wooden rollers on the rear and one on the front. I bought 2 to replace the two end rollers. The new ones were $15 apiece and made out of plastic. Also the spring broke that holds the defector down on the discharge chute. That was $5. I"m glad I didn't buy all seven rollers.

Another possibility is to buy boat trailer rollers. Seems like I had a front roller to fail, but happened to have a boat trailer roller that fit right in.

On mine the rollers look a lot like the "MTD universal rollers" at Tractor Supply for like ($6.00 ??)

I'll have to take a look at that next time I'm there. TSC is about 5 miles from my house and the Cub dealer is 25. I found that TSC carried the High-lift blades for my 54 inch deck about $20 cheaper than the dealer. Of course I discovered this after already purchasing them although TSC was out of stock at the time anyway.
