Our tractor stays in a fully enclosed metal building that has a type of insulation throughout. I recently took the 4N1 bucket off our tractor and without thinking left the bucket under an outside roof extension where the sun could shine on the bucket. That increased the hydraulic pressure to the point that I could not get the couplers on the bucket to connect with their mates on the tractor. I was on the verge of using wrenches to loosen one of the couplers to the point of letting a little hydraulic fluid leak out when I decided to try again after leaving the tractor overnight inside the building, where the temp is significantly lower. The next day the couplers worked like a charm. Taught me to take the bucket off in the shed and leave it in the shed on its dolly.
