You don't have one yet? Man, you are less affected by the disease than I thought. I'm embarassed to say I have a nice new Hypertherm I got on sale that hasn't made it out of the box yet.

Got the cylinder back today. It was $260 to rebuild with a new rod, and I think a whole new cylinder was abour $430.

Geez Curly, I think you got a decent deal. You definately didn't get ripped off as these rods are sold by the inch and then you have machining and seals too. I would be happy with that price.

Yeah, I'm pretty happy with the place near me that I do bidnez with. They do could work and I can't complain about the prices either.

I believe the quote I got from a Kioti dealer was about $130 for the correct size rod. That does not incluse seals or any labor to rebuild anything...so yeah, I'm ok.
