Tractor
I do not have a tractor yet.
Like if I buy a tractor and mower but not the loader or tiller. If I don't need them now but want the option later, am I losing a lot of money by waiting? I've seen a few deals where they want you to buy "qualifying" implements, but it's not a big enough savings to put a dent in the price per month or total cost.

I'm mostly concerned about the loader being lots more because maybe they do lots of labor to the tractor to get the loader to be able to get put on the tractor.

Edit: by better I mean a lot better, not some gimmick.

Always buy the loader with the tractor.

everything else is optional, typically better deals as implements are added

Definitely buy the loader with the tractor and buy the implements used.

I only buy new implements after months of searching for a used one.

Depending on the implement you can get it for 50 to 60% of what the new price for it is. You do have to be patient for those deals though and be ready with cash. You also have to search for daily or at least two or three times a week.

Best time to buy a snow blower is in the spring, best time to buy a tiller is in the fall; you get my drift.

I think it depends on your dealer, more so than anything else.

But I would expect to get things like loader, rear remotes, and a 3rd function at time of tractor purchase.

Anything else can wait.

Just my opinion.

If you will be needing a loader - for sure, buy it with the tractor. AND any other implements you will be needing. Package deals tend to offer better pricing than individual purchases. IF the tractor dealer offers the implements you will be needing.

In my case - I got the loader & bucket as a package deal with the tractor.

However - the Kubota dealer did not handle many of the other implements I wanted. AND - after 40+ years of searching - there are just NO used Cat 1 or Cat 2 implements in this general area.

So......as new - stand alone purchases - Rhino rear blade, Wally chipper, Bush Hog ROBB, Land Pride LPGS, etc, etc.

Not buying the loader at purchase can be a bad idea if they quit making that model. My bro-in-law did that and now he can't find a loader for his Massey. PIA for sure.

Definitely loader and 'integrated' accessories like remotes. What I found is that the package does not usually have top shelf implements. Some are OK, but I found better ones for less by shopping around. I got forks so I could unload future deliveries and a box blade because I needed to do some immediate driveway work. I think I'm getting my rotary cutter next week.

Echo here. Get the loader and remotes. I bought a box blade and brush cutter when I bought my tractor and saved a few hundred bucks (and shipping) but not enough to sway the decision one way or the other BUT the installation of the loader and remotes at assembly is a HUGE deal and will save you thousands in the long run.

And, as @Torvy said, you'll use your forks all the time. I wish I had gotten them on day one.
