Does Cub have the exclusive on Yanmar engines ?

I have followed the story about John Deere and Yanmar parting ways. Is cub using them in all models of diesels ?
Cummins is selling the Dodge truck platform. Without them I think they would be back in bankrupsy court.

All of the Cadet compacts are diesels and are built by Yanmar.

As of right now, today, the John Deere web site lists the 110 TLB as having a Yanmar/TNV88 4 cylinder direct inject diesel, so the answer is no, Cub does not have an exclusive.

I agree, Cub does not have exclusive rights. They are partnered up with Cub and providing the engines for Cub compacts and UTV's, but they are still providing engines for JD and probably other manufacturers.

Takeuchi use Yanmar as well (my TB125 has the same engine as the JD2320).
