Does your tractor shut down when ya leave the seat

Sad post.
But one has to wonder if ALL hydrostatic transmissions "creep"?. I have an old Cub Cadet garden tractor that loves to creep forwards or backwards. I watch it like a hawk and almost always park it with the parking brake on.

Has anyone out there experienced a late model HST compact tractor that "creeps" forwards or backwards a bit?
