The young male 15 months carries his food bowl into the living room at 10PM and drops at wife's feet says he wants a late night snack. No one trained him do do this.
He broke one of my ribs last month. He gets as excited as Tiger.
The female is near 10 years old and very heathy.

Yup. Stained concrete. The only thing I'm not a fan of is the expansion joints. You have an ugly 1/4" thick line that's been sealed with a masonry sealant messing with the pretty

At least it's a rental, so you get over the ugly expansion joints pretty quickly
