How about at dog that didn't like you?
As well, I think they know when they have a good home and appreciate it.Not knocking pure breeds but the best dogs, IMHO, are the Heinz 57's, seems like you get the best of all dogs that way.

When my dog was young, it wasn't a problem. He would have taken on the Devil himself, if the fool had gotten in the way. He's older now, and very lame. Yet he still doens't want to stop. It's my responsibility to make sure he can safely accompany me, and help him when he can't do it alone. Also to know when I need to leave him behind... I don't know if the last is harder for him or for me.Question. How does your young dog get across torrents of rushing water which might wash them away, and they are deftly afraid of that?
