This is probably a dumb question but can we assume there are two dogs there?

Mine seem to know every tree that has hole in bottom and holds water on over 300 acres at least. Of course the old guy just abandons mission, heads for the creek and walks home in the water.View attachment 800082 Water always tastes better with a little mud mixed in.
My wife had an yellow english lab when I met her. LOVED the water and the creek out back. She would always find a large stick and you had to keep your distance because she would pick it up, start snorting, and start flinging that stick back and forth in her mouth and want to play with you. If she didn't snort and you weren't paying attention, getting whacked in the thigh wasn't fun LOLMine seem to know every tree that has hole in bottom and holds water on over 300 acres at least. Last year when Ruger was wearing a cone I left the fan on so that he could catch the breeze. On a hot day he would sit right there with it blowing in his face. He also learned to drink with it on... and even retrieved a bird I'd shot while he was wearing it, plus still groggy from anesthesia.
