Dyna 4 Tranny Not Working Properly

I have a MF5465 with Dyna 4. So far I have had codes 1 & 12 on the range indicator lights and another code on the dash gear selection lights. As of now, the tractor will not reverse at all. Yesterday the I could not select gears but I could change the range. I have had the reverser in neutral and an alarm sounded when I applied the parking brake as if the reverser was in F or R. My neighbor also has a 5465. It has the notorious code 23, bottom of clutch switch. Sometimes the reverser on his doesn't work. Usually fixable by shutting down and restarting. But I have even seen it go forward when put in reverse. Seems like MF would have a recall for the BOC switch as many problems as I hear about. But what is the deal with the Dyna 4, electrical issues, solenoids,

It's been one of those days where nothing works like it's suppose to. Oh, thank goodness. I see it is 5 o'clock.....somewhere. :drink:

Have you got the serial number? There were a few that the power shuttle/shift box on the left of the steering wheel went bad.

I haven't had your problems, but it is fairly new. How many hours has yours done, and what year?

It's 2008 with 9xx hours. I went through looking for loose wires or connections. Really didn't see any but wiggled wires and connections making sure all were connected well. Not sure if that fixed it or just being shut down for a few days but it all works now with no codes. Serial number T007087

Both of our MF 6160's were recalled and had fwd/rev levers updated for this problem on older dynashift . The 3120 had to have the dynashift lever it's self changed . The 8130's , 6180 and 6190 were fine ?
