It was an almost useless cultivator. One of member in the club recommended to remove the wheels then let it go forward, drag it backwards

That way is 1000% better than what the factory recommended.

The Earthquake manufacturer should revise the owner manual instruction.

I had the Honda equivalent of that machine and that’s what I did. I sold it last year and bought a larger rear tine tiller. That cultivator was more of an aggravation than a useful garden tool.

I also had a Honda equivalent. Best use I could find for it was to polish it up and use it for a table centerpiece. That thing spent more time in the air than it did digging. Without sounding derogatory, leave it said that I was not at all pleased with it.

I finally decided to make myself happy and junk it. I sat it out next to the road. I suppose that freebie made somebody happy - for a few minutes.

I have a BCS rear tine tiller for large open spaces in the gardens as seen in the video.

This little one is for enclosed areas that can't be tilled with big tiller.πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

The BCS is an awesome machine. And yes those small cultivators have their place. It didn’t work well for my purposes. I looked at the BCS and wanted one but liked everything except the price. I ended up with a DR tiller.

I bought the BCS 715 tiller from local Craigslist for $125 several ago.πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

It had little problem that I repaired the cracked fuel tank, replaced the tiller gear box seal and tines.

Ever since, it is in really good working condition starting the engine first or second pull all the times and tilling so well.

Some invest an odd amount of time looking for good things for an affordable price on craigslist is a lot worthwhile for me.β€Ž....πŸ˜“πŸ˜“
