Usually there is a rod sticking out of the back of the HST...Looks kinda like a coat hanger...At least most of the older HST's had these

Have a G2160 which is a previous model similar to the GR2100 and it does not have relief lever to allow it being towed or pushed. I have not seen one on the GR2100 GR2110 when I have looked at them at the dealer.
The manual for the 2160 states to not tow it. If the machine was slightly larger like a BX where you have gear ranges then shifting to neutral would alow it. Come to think of it I do not think I have seen a Kubota made Hydro with a manual relief valve.
