Looking at upgrading my tractor from a compact Case 55cvt to a Case 75C utility tractor. Dealer has a machine on the lot without the Epto option. Since I will be spending a lot of time mowing with this tractor I'm wondering how you guys with the epto like it and would it be worth the wait for a new build in order to add this option?
Also wondering about the creeper gear option? I really can't think of any use for it but wondering if there is something I'm missing?

I use the economy pto more then the dtandard

I never use epto. It puts the rpms below the "green line" for best DPF performance. Also I only have 32 pto hp and for some jobs like chipping wood I could use quite a bit more.

Eric, I understand your reluctance to use e-pto because of the limitations you are having with only 32 pto hp but the model the OP is thinking about has 64HP at the PTO at 2300RPM. Full 540 PTO is achieved at 1,958 RPM and 540 E-PTO is achieved with only 1,592 RPM. The 75C also uses a DOC Catalyst vs DPF which helps as well with being able to run lower rpms.

jk96, It came with my tractor but unfortunately I am still not in possession of said tractor because I am waiting on the Woods backhoe still.......so I cannot tell you how well it operates. I don't think I saw a stock model anywhere in NH T4 (Powerstar) or Case that had the creeper gear installed already. They could be out there but I imagine you would most likely have to order a model from factory with that option installed.

I like our T4.75 with out the e-pto, my tractor mowing is hardly working at 1958 rpm, I like that I'm not
lugging the engine and the Catalyst will stay cleaner running the tractor at that rpm. As for the creeper
try and drive the tractor at the dealer in the lower gears, mine in the low gears would do great bailing
hay if needed. I really like the stock gearing.

Creeper gear are very slow so do you need to barely move? Usually is very rare to have that need in general tractor use.

Could the E-PTO be a dealer installed option?

Not sure. Dealer is a family run business and they are out of town until next week. Will find out. There are a few options I would like to add to the unit they have on the lot.

1. Epto
2. 3rd remote
3. Diverter valve for grapple operation from joystick
4. R4 tires
5. 25mph road speed (+5 over standard)

I will be doing a lot of mowing with this tractor along with hard surface loader work and not so much ag type work is the reason for r4 tires. Will also travel a lot between 2 properties about 5 miles on a county hwy so the extra 5mph would be handy. As far as the creeper gear I don't know what I would use it for which is why I asked.

If you look at the speeds of the creeper gears, the main reason for them years ago was vegetable farming.
Using the creeper gears for rotary tillers,
carrying people platforms for transplanting and picking.

I was told by a dealer that e-pto and 25mph transmission have to be ordered from factory. The dealer could technically take care of the rest but will they just swap the ags for R4's and charge you the difference or make you buy the R4's outright? Best bet is to go ahead and order the tractor to your specifications as the factory will do it for less especially in regards to the tire change. The CaseIH website does not have the Farmall 75C build & price page working properly so go to the New Holland website and run a build on the Powerstar 75 which is essentially the same tractor with a minor size increase in the steering pump. You can get an idea of list price and then compare it to the price dealer is quoting you and determine the discount off list you are getting. My dealer was pretty aggressive and sold the tractor at about 27% discount from list. The state of MN has a contract with NH and they get 30% off list and they buy a heck of a lot more tractors than you or I so if you can get 25%-27% discount you will be good. Most of the Deere and Kubota prices I got were about 16%-17% off list. hth.
