Aaron, that's pretty much what I did, originally with connectors that match the Forney connections on my old Solar 250 AC/DC welder - then when I got the little Everlast

Power i-TIG 200T - TIG Welders | Everlast Generators

I made up little 1 foot adapters from Forney to Dinse and vice versa - so for either stick machine I have main leads that're 18' for ground and 33 feet for the stinger lead (including an 8' lighter gauge whip) - then I added a pair of 25' leads for ground and stinger extensions, so I can use anywhere from 10' leads up to 45' ground and 58' stinger.

I used the same intermediate twist lock connectors in the middle of the MM252's ground, so when I'm using the 30' spool gun I can have a ground that's 35' just by adding one of the "extension" cords. Came in pretty handy when I was welding up a 24x24 roof frame over my small container... Steve

Here's where most of the extra leads "hang out"

Still have the Tweco's on my engine drive. Too cheap to replace them I guess.

Yes, but it will be different. They'll be some incentives/kits but prices probably won't be a lot lower than they are now. A little on some models, but some are already 1000 dollars off .

You can only offer so much and then your bottom line becomes negative and viola, you are outta business or at least have no positive income.

You have some serious competition today from what I see.

Well we are giving the biggest companies serious competition. I guess it depends upon what you define as other companies giving us serious competition because very few can truly compete with us in development and quality and range of product, and experience. We've been out there now for 20 years. There's a lot of knockoffs, copies and other units flooding the market, but there's little to no support and even poorer warranties. We even have some companies copying our manual content just so they can "look good". And they cannot touch our warranty and ability to support the product.

Just look at this product:

I'm elated for you. Too bad you don't sell CNC plasma tables. I need to buy a larger one as we have outgrown the one we have presently. Far as welders go, we have every process and mostly Lincoln machines including a Lincoln engine drive ac/dc high freq machine for field work.

Mark: Thinking hard about ordering one of your water coolers for my TIG machine I do get overly warm fingers on occasion, My question is, can I use the same solution I use in my in floor PEX system? I use Cryotek and it's PH stabilized and has the necessary algae mitigators in it plus it has excellent heat transfer properties and do you you take a company check or do you prefer a credit card. I tend to not use credit cards (I also sell non related items on my website) and I don't like portal fees.

Finally, do you offer a flex neck water cooled torch or a rigid neck only in the 150-200 amp range and if you do, what series are they? Pm is perfectly fine with me if you prefer that.

The older I get, the less flexible my neck gets….
🙃

I Have the same issue but it don't pertain to a TIG torch. Just ordered a commercial sized 5 x 12 Plasma table that comes with a dedicated 65 amp plasma cutter and it's own computer and interface hardware and software. Already have Versa Cad and Solid Works and it comes with a water table too. Gonna have to add on to the shop again. Just quoted 2 cutting jobs in 3/8" mild steel and the other in 300 series stainless sheet and one requires TIG welding as well. Pretty sure I'll get both as both quotes are for already existing customers. Not bad for a 74 year old codger like me. Lead times on stainless are absurd. Only Carpenter tech in eastern Pa rolls domestic stainless 300 series sheet, plus I'll have to get it shipped to me and I'll need around 3000 pounds of it. Already have the cold rolled in the barn.
