4wd tractor with R4 tires gets stuck in the mud, big surprise. I cant imagine getting into a situation where my 4wd with R1's and a loader would get stuck. My farm is low and has a lot of wet spots. The only time I ever came close in (4) years with this tractor, I was able to easily drag myself out using the loader. I wonder if this guy didnt try the loader drag/push thing, but maybe those orange loaders are just too weak, unlike my green one. I remember when I only had 2wd tractors, I would always do the risky jobs with my second largest tractor, so that if I got stuck (happened a few times each season), I could yank it out with the bigger one.

Finally got the disc out of the field and back to the shed. Took the Kioti out with the forks and lifted the disc tongue out of the mud and spun the disc around. I then went back and got the IH and got it hooked up to the disc, had several scary moments when I thought I was going to get stuck again.

Florida sugar sand & turf tires aren't friends.

I'm using an old converted horse barn for tractor storage, and was backing out to do some chores today. Front tires got hung up on the bottom railing just long enough for the turfs to spin. One thing led to another, & this is what happened next...Thank goodness for old faithful.

The biggest difference between a 2wd and a 4wd is when you get a 4wd stuck...it's really stuck!
