I doubt there will be any problem with the intake manifold. There should be a rubber line that will collect the crankcase fumes that comes right from the crankcase. Somewhere in on of those lines there must be a restriction. You may have to remove the aircleaner to get to it as it is likely in the v between the cylinders.

I finally had a chance to get to the bottom of this problem. Thanks to all of the input I got I kept looking into the problem with the breather tubes. I ended up taking off the intake manifold to get a good look at the breather tube port and found that it was completely blocked. I pulled out the clog which appeared to be a drill spiral of the black plastic that the manifold is made of. It may have been that way since the machine was new. Once I clear the blockage and reassembled the back pressure was no longer present. While I had the intake manifold off I noticed that he valve inside had a slight buildup on it. If that should be cleaned out are there any diesel additives that would help. Thanks for all the help.
