Favorite brews?

My fave is Keiths India Pale Ale or Red.( i think it's genetic living in NS to like Keiths ). Other top picks are Rickards Red or Propeller Bitter.

I was trying to figure out how to hook the tractor PTO up so it could mill and press. Or would that be too messy? Too complicated?

I'm a hop fan and an IPA lover. My favoriate is Upland Brewing Company : Dragonfly IPA but love them all. I must confess that my consumption is MUCH higher than what I'm seeing here. Some annual rates match my weekly rate.

Rolling Rock uses a particular yeast strain to get their particular taste. Interestingly, if you pop open a bottle and take a whiff of the aroma, it smells like you just opened a can of canned corn...
