Favorite brews?

I knew a machinist that worked in the AB plant in Newark NJ. He used tio tell me the difference between Michelob, Bud, and Busch. Michelob sat in the wood chips for 7 days, Bud for 5 days, and Busch for 3. Don't know how true that is, I think he spent too much time under the tap.

Personally, There ain't nothing like a good swig of hard cider. Ever see some deer or cattle get into some fermented apples?

The wood chips are the "exclusive beechwood aging process" that is unique to Budweiser. No chips used in the manufacturing/brewing of Busch, not sure about the Michelob.
Need to get some good ole "Billy Beer", good for urinating on the tarmac when you're picking up some foreign dignataries at the airport.

Thought I would bring this thread back and share my opinion on a brew I recently had. If this brand is sold in your area I would recommend it. Boulevard "Nut Cracker" Ale. Tasty, tasty. I like to try the seasonal stuff especially around the holidays. I usually have the Michelob seasonal, but wanted to try something else. I might go tomorrow and get the Sam Adams sampler or the Woodchuck Cider sampler. I have not had the Woodchuck Cider in a few years, but I remember it was very good and I went a little overboard on it. Boulevard is a local company that began brewing in 1989. Lots of good choices to choose from in my opinion. Anyone have any good recommendations for seasonal brews that they would like to share?
