I think they must have 'cos when I went in to pick up, the guy on the counter said that the technician was just testing the cylinders after he had rebuilt them....we could hear the pump, so I guess they must have used the same gear to test the valve. A respected company nearby who makes spool valves (my first choice for testing the valve) told me that these guys were capable of testing the valve as they didn't have time to do it themselves.
