Fence and questions

Well, It looks like I lost part of my chance this time..
I got home tonight and and there were 2 guys out there loading up the remains of the tree. Never seen them before but as I talked to them they said the neighbor was sorry about the tree and had meant to get it cut it for awhile and he knew it was going to fall.

The neighbor is in it late 60's early 70's from what people have told me. Never seen him up close. His house is 800 to 1000 feet from the property line.

As we talked I said that I was going to cut it up, but since the fence was up, I did not know if there would be problems with me crossing the line to cut it up.

Come to find out, one of the guys was a grandson. (and his friend). And said that he would tell papa... Seemed to be a wishing he had left it alone so I could do it... That was the feeling I got.... I'd have burned some of the wood and used some on the fence.

He seemed nice enough. After dinner I looked out and part of the fence is still down. So I'll go fix the fence this weekend. All the parts are sitting right there. Something tells me the "tree crew" aint gonna do it....

Anyway, this may help with the neighbor relations... maybe.....

I wish I could take a picture, but it seems my camera is not working right.
Everything is blurry...

There is only one thing wrong with neighbors,its they are close enough to be called neighbors.Got two neighbors that are about 200 and 300 yards,and we own practicly right up to their house,but...way to close.Let the brush grow,at least you can't see them that way.

with new ohio fence laws, the way i understand it is that you have the right to go on to the adjoining property 10' to maintain your fence.......your laws may be different, and you said it's "his fence" so that may change things...
