Ferguson Plow 12-AO-40

Picked up this plow for $175. The plate is painted over, but its a Ferguson and the best I can make out its a 12-AO-40 with SN 6173. Any ideas on age?
I hooked it to my Kubota L2800 and plowed a little bit with it yesterday. It needs adjustment, but all the bolts and nuts look pretty rusted under the paint. This will get rolled over by my tiller anyway.

Yes -- it is definitely a ferguson. Not sure if the coulters and moldboards are original though. Looks like the jointers are missing.

Man, I've got to get the heck out of New England!! Do you have any idea what that plow would bring up here? To put it in perspective, up here a single bottom Ferguson of the same vintage is $400-$600 any day of the week - and they are never in that kind of condition. Very nice. Enjoy.

Mine was $250 on Craigslist in Iowa. I disassembled most of it, treated the surface rust and applied new paint. The OP's plow was originally gray. I learned, after getting mine, that parts are no longer available for these. I use it very little but enjoy plowing. It works well and is easy to setup. Congrats on your new acquisition!
